ONCE MATERIALS ARE PURCHASED 20% OF PRICE OF PRODUCT WILL BE KEPT IN EVENT OF RETURN/ CANCELATION.

Errors on my part will be handled different- I stand behind all my work and will fix any issues for free for anything that my have been overlooked or done in error. 

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Returns allowed up to 60 days after shipping for any reason
• After 60 days returns must be discussed as error in the manufacturing of product
• Must not show signs of heavy use (i.e. tears, dog hair, spills, etc.)
• Money shall be refunded once product is received and condition is verified.
• Please allow 5-7 business day for return to process.
